Independence Day


"We need not be afraid of future, for the future will be in your hands' Very true, the future of India's destiny lies in the tender small hands and hearts.
To inculate the feeling of patriotism the 73rd Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiam and fervor at the Junior Wing of RPS, M/Garh. The celebration started with the lightening of lamp by Dr. Sarita V. Singh, the Principal, Mrs. Prem Rao, Mrs. Savita Yadav, Mr. Pawan Tiwari and Mrs. Preeti Sharma. After this the National Flag was unfurled. The little champs came dressed up in the tricolours. The spirit of patriotism was sensed our tiny tots sang the patriotic songs and danced on patriotic songs. The teachers paid homage to the freedom fighters by singing patriotic group song. Dr. Pavitra Rao, the Chairperson RPSGOI emphasized on the fact that Independence Day is a moment to pay tribute to the ones who sacrificed everything for the country's Independence. The whole school echoed with the slogans of 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' & 'Vande Mataram'. Mrs. Prem Rao advised the students to respect and value the day. The Programme concluded with the National Anthem.
